Our client needed a technology partner that could digitize, and automate the document management process, to reduce the amount of time spent on processing files and records, enable easy file storage and retrieval, save cost, provide data security and in turn increase productivity among other benefits.

SOLUTION

We understand the pain points of our clients. Therefore, we deployed a Document Management System (EDMS) that digitizes and automate all physical copies of documents, files, and provides the employees of the organization a means to easily search, locate, retrieve, update, share and minute on documents on-premise. These documents are centrally stored on premise and replicated in a hybrid cloud, thus providing easy and faster access to required document for decision making, while also improving information security, data confidentiality, and integrity. Access to sensitive documents on the EDMS are restricted by the system and all access can be tracked and traced.
